HELP!

SOooooo, my firewall is blocking fifa 13 online on my xbox. how do i fix this? Already watched tutorials and messed in my router. It went from moderate connection status to limited. Lol, doenst seem like an improvement. It has to be; OPEN. BUT I DONT KNOW HOW AND INTERNET GUIDES SKIP LIKE 400 STEPS. Whos the biggest nerd here and can help me?

This MIGHT work:
Go to xbox home > System > test network connection > Choose what connection you use ( wired or wireless ) > Test xbox live connection. When completed go see if your network is open on fifa 13.
Worked for me when i played fifa 11 in the time.

port forward Or try to call your provider and speak with a tech, tell them your having problems with a firewall n would like to turn it off. Hopefully it'll work.
